Dr. Meyer began her role as director of Student Disability Services in November 2024. She earned her Ph.D. in educational psychology, with a concentration in school psychology, from Indiana University- Bloomington. She has been a school psychologist and behavior specialist in K-12 schools and has worked in higher education for more than 25 years. She has extensive college teaching experience and has also been an administrator in the area of academic support services. For the last 10 years, she has worked in disability services where she has contributed to creating more accessible and inclusive environments for students with disabilities. She is passionate about collaborating with faculty and staff across campus to ensure that all students have access to tools and resources that will support their personal growth and persistence. In her free time, Dr. Meyer recharges by lounging with her pets, attending live music events, and singing.
